the book

Slaying the Panic Dragon is a first-person account of living with panic attacks for twenty-seven years: what they felt like, what they cost, and what it took to keep functioning while saying nothing about it.

It is written in plain language by someone who was in it, not by someone who studied it. It does not promise a cure and it does not offer a protocol. It describes one person's experience honestly, which is the thing most people say they could not find.
