Full bio

Andrew Meldrum is the author of Slaying the Panic Dragon: Sensible Solutions to Eliminate Panic. He started having panic attacks in 1986 and spent twenty-seven years searching for answers that never came from doctors or therapists. After 9,855 days, his last panic attack was on December 19, 2012. He is not a doctor or a therapist, and he is the first to say that is exactly the point. He is a survivor who now equips audiences, guides, and fellow fighters with the tools he wishes someone had handed him in 1986. He speaks to organizations, high schools, colleges and universities, and churches, and lives in Middle Tennessee with his wife Yvette.
